We are a CCRC with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing all on our beautiful 38-acre campus 1/2 mile from downtown Southern Pines, next door to Weymouth Woods. When asked what is best about living at Penick, residents respond, “Staff, staff, staff, staff, staff.” It is a special person who chooses to work at a non-profit with this population. Many of our employees have been here for over 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years! Employees, residents, and their familes become a family. And it is this loving environment that enables our residents to feel at home.
